YMCA approached J.Media about a design that would stick out on the racks and racks of summer camps available in Michigan. We organized and designed a ‘purple cow’ brochure that grabbed parents with a slogan they would never expect from the organization. However, once the brochure was in their hand, parents opened to see the inviting truth—that Y Camps are the best place for their kids. The brochure was a success.
Not for Rent
Joseph Mead birthed the concept and designed an edgy cover for a teen dating series taught at SLAM Youth Outreach in Grand Blanc, MI. His creative work was used on posters, mailers, web banners, and more.
Life Skills Workbook Covers
Life Coach, Rich Wiehe, asked J.Media to redesign and refine his Life Skills workbook covers. After the design Mr. Wiehe remarked, “Some people say ‘you can’t judge a book by its cover’—but in this case I sure wish they would!” We believe his comments say it all.
‘Songs from the Inner Court’ CD album
The SLAM youth band at Mount Hope Church released its first music album in 2011. Joseph Mead’s creative ability helped the team write, produce, design, and publish their worship album.
Hidden Oaks Luxury Homes Folder and Flyers
Intrepid Homes hired J.Media to design a folder that showcased their new luxury home development. J.Media met with the partners of Intrepid, researched competitors, conceptualized, photographed the homes, and then created a beautiful folder that agents used in their presentation to potential buyers. J.Media also provided further design services such as flyer designs, ad designs, and more.
Central Elementary School, Davison School District
Central Elementary School in Davison, MI each year asks J.Media to design a class shirt for their student body. We have had the pleasure of designing T-shirts for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students. We think the teachers like the shirts too.
Engineered Products Company Catalog Cover
EPCO (Engineered Products Company) utilized J.Media’s creative consultation services to help their company reinvent itself in a tough economic area. J.Media was asked to help redesign a product catalog cover. J.Media’s design inspired a whole new advertising look and direction for the industrial business. J.Media was also asked to provide product design services and help outline dozens of handles and hardware for EPCO’s marketing plans.
3 Stones Studios
3 Stones Studios, a film company from Illinois asked J.Media to develop a brochure design that would feature their Media Camps, a week-long experience for youth that trains teens in the art of developing short films.

Paul Lissner of Lissner and Sons, Inc., asked J.Media to redefine and brand his home construction business. J.Media provided a new logo, ads, brochures, t-shirt designs, and brand consultation.
